At Sapa, the ethnic markets are the occasion for the locals to sell their agricultural production and their cattle breeding.
It is also the weekly appointment of the inhabitants, for the greater part originary of ethnic minorities, that allows to exchange the news of the week around a meal or to converse around a sale.
On every Sunday, in a livened up and colored atmosphere, the Flower Hmong meet together to the Bac Ha market, the most important one in the area.

Marché de Bac Ha

Au Sapa, les marchés ethniques sont l’occasion pour les locaux de vendre leur production agricole et leur élevage de bestiaux. C’est aussi le rendez-vous hebdomadaire des habitants, pour la plupart originaire de minorités ethniques,  pour échanger les nouvelles de la semaine autour d’un repas ou de converser autour d’une vente. Chaque Dimanche, dans une ambiance animée et colorée,  les Hmong Fleurs se retrouvent au marché de Bac Ha, le plus important de la région.
